Foundation Events ECC Leadership Spoke About Recruitment, Training, Engagement, and Retention of Event Staff and Volunteers at IAFE 2023
[Burke, VA] – Barry Feil and Frank Pappas made it to Salt Lake City (ask them about the blizzard) and spoke at the International Association of Fairs and Expositions (IAFE) convention on the complex topic of Recruiting, Training, Engaegement, and Retention of Event Staff and Volunteers.
It’s always a little intimidating to present to a room filled with folks who are talented, experienced professionals. Frank and Barry were thrilled to find that their talk truly connected with the hundreds of people in the audience. Even better? All the side chats and kudos they’ve received between events and activities at the convention from people who attended the session.
