[Burke, VA] – Foundation Events ECC founders Barry Feil and Frank Pappas will be speaking at the 2023 annual convention of the International Association of Fairs and Expositions (IAFE) in Salt Lake City this November. This year’s theme is FAIRS RISE (Reunite, Inspire, Support, Educate).
